We prepare our Gelato in small batches, before your event to ensure a deeply rich quality and freshness.

Event Type

Gelato and Sorbertto at your special event is perfect for your guests with dietary restrictions. Since we handcraft our Italian Gelato in small batches and use all natural ingredients, we can consider and accommodate guests with dietary restrictions and vegan alternative.

Whatever event you have in mind, we can make it happen.  Our Gelato and Sorbertto is the perfect synergy to bring friends and family together for any occasions.

Choose any 5 flavours or you may custom order your flavours, as long as we are able to source the ingredients.

Catering Event

Our packages ranges form $5.00 – $7.00 per person at minimum.  These packages includes 5 flavours of your choice, each pan serves 20-25 guests about 3-4 ounces per serving (also will vary depending on size of cup used and repeat guest served). Additional pans are priced at $90 each.  We provide optional server up to 2 hours.

For parties with over 150 guests, a flat fee of $7.00 per person will be charged. 

And Yes! we supply the freezer display case for your Gelato Bar.

Reservations & Deposits

Reservations must be made at least, 48 hours prior to the event, in such cases the full balance will be due.  When reservations are made with ample timing, standard 7 days ahead.  Half the total quoted cost will be due when confirming the date and remaining balance to be paid 48 hours prior to event.  

Cancellation

We get it, Life throws a curve ball, and you need to cancel. Well a portion of your deposit, 50% is refundable up to 72 hours prior to the event.  If the event is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, the total deposit is non-refundable.

Prices may be adjusted depending on your special request outside our business operational scope such as i.e. hours of service, custom flavours ordered and additional servers.
